How the flat rate is built
Every price starts with a base for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath home. Each extra bedroom, full bathroom and half bath adds a fixed amount. A studio is priced as a 1-bedroom.
- Regular cleaning, one-time: starts at $191. Each extra bedroom adds $25, each extra full bath $42, each half bath $15.
- Regular cleaning, recurring: weekly starts at $152.80, every 2 weeks at $163 and every 4 weeks at $183. Each extra bedroom adds $20, each full bath $33.60, each half bath $12.
- Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning: start at $331, with the same $25, $42 and $15 additions.
Examples for common San Mateo home sizes
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, regular one-time: $216.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, regular one-time: $283. On a weekly plan, the same home is $226.40.

Why recurring is cheaper per visit
A home that is cleaned every week or two never gets far from clean, so each visit takes less time. That is why the weekly and biweekly rates are lower than the one-time rate. Many clients start with a deep cleaning and then move to a recurring plan.
