Payment questions
- What payment methods does Peninsula Gold Cleaning accept?
- We accept three payment methods: cash, Zelle and Venmo. We do not take credit cards, debit cards, checks or payments by card online.
- When do I pay for my house cleaning?
- You pay after the cleaning is done, once you are happy with the result. Nothing is charged when you request a booking online.
- Am I charged when I book online?
- No. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for a card number. We confirm your request by email within 24 hours, and you pay after the cleaning.
- Can I leave a tip?
- Tips are never expected and always appreciated. You can leave one in cash, or add it to your Zelle or Venmo payment.
- How do I pay if I am not home during the cleaning?
- Pay by Zelle or Venmo after the cleaning, or leave cash in an envelope where we agreed. We give you the Zelle and Venmo details when we confirm your booking, or call or text us at (650) 434-2080.
